Here we have Dar'Nara, whom was just running a Omnitool diagnostic and making sure everything is in order. It seems to be, woohoo! Omnitools on the Migrant Fleet are usually heavily upgraded civillian models that are easily purchased from various vendors or old models that have been abandoned for one reason or another and then found by a Quarian on a salvage run. Quarians can re-purpose them to fit their needs whether its for the Migrant Fleet Marines, an Engineer or even a Quarian civillian. They will contain various tools and custom made software to make the various tasks a Quarian has to do each day just that bit easier.
