It being the week of the European championship meant that he was cat sitting for Sebastián while the other figure skater was away in Austria for competition. Usually he loved nothing more than to be in the company of a cute cat but as of late, he’d been getting into bad habits and straying away from his routines, which ultimately resulted in him forgetting to take his allergy meds that morning at his own place and it got to the point that he had to step out of the apartment. He probably looked silly, sitting out on the floor of the hall in loose grey sweatpants, a white T-shirt and dark-rimmed glasses, bluetooth earphones in his ears, as he watched cat videos on his phone as a break from watching competitions and working on his school work, which was almost finished by now. He didn’t notice when someone else appeared, too engrossed in cats reacting to snapchat filters.
