💔😢❤ @Regran_ed from @noahsarkclub - SHERE KHAN UPDATE Sadly, our sweet Shere Khan has continued to decline, and the possibility of a brain tumor is very likely. We are continuing to provide supportive therapy via fluids, and are making sure he is comfortable and happy at all times. He is not in pain, however his brain is not able to function as it should so he is unable to rise and walk without considerable difficulty. Baloo the bear has been surprisingly alert these past few weeks, and has been extra gentle and forgiving to his tiger brother. He doesn’t seem to mind when Shere Khan stumbles inside the tunnel and accidentally steps on or bumps into him. This picture was taken yesterday afternoon after Shere Khan was given fluids. He walked back to the tunnel and laid down next to Baloo, who lifted his big bear leg right as Shere Khan was laying down, and gently placed it over his brother. We will continue to exhaust all measures to keep this very special tiger as comfortable as possible, and we will keep you updated on how things progress. We are running more tests this afternoon which will hopefully aid our team in determining the best course of action for Shere Khan.
