Thoughts while out on my run… 🌟it is totally possible for chicken nuggets to kick your butt. 🌟a black cat crossing your path is not bad luck but watching him serve cuz he thinks you’re chasing him is kinda funny 🐈⬛ 🌟 there comes a point in my runs where I know I should stop but I kinda don’t want to cuz I’m having fun but I should stop to avoid injury (know your limits people). Today I learned that if I go inside to get a cup of water towards the end of the run when I should be doing the cooldown thing — it keeps me from running regardless of what catchy song is on. Apparently I have more fear and respect for a cup of spilled water than for injuries. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😂🤣 🌟 The only time my heart should be like this is during a workout. I mean I’m not a cardiologist but it makes sense to me. Not when I’m on the phone or sitting down or generally in the same position. Just when I’m on a run. 🌟 anyone who made me feel like I am not good enough today (or the last few weeks if I’m being honest) doesn’t matter. 🎉They don’t go home with me. 🎉They don’t do life with me. 🎉They do not lose sleep over me. 🎉So I for darn sure will not be loosing sleep over them.
