TARDISes don't use any magic, Sheriff. They're devices created by a race from another planet to allow them to travel through time and space. Since it doesn't use any time magic, or even space magic, if that even exists, then it's completely legal.

Torrent: So yes, a TARDIS would still be illegal- if it were real.
