                  that was the best thing charlie could say as she stared                   awkwardly at the woman-- sheriff, judging from her uniform.                   She scratched the back of her neck and looked down at the                   dead vampire, his severed head a few feet away. How can                   she explain this? her standing over a body without his head,                   a machete stained with blood in one hand. The sheriff pretty                   much caught her in the act. This was a part of hunting that                   was definitely the worst part--- explaining.
