it only said that "it may take them a little longer before they can send the reply" and not to contact them in the meantime
That was indeed the case. Which is interesting because I already received one of these automated replies when I first sent my complaint. And now over a week later ANOTHER? Interesting. Looks like they have a bit of work on their hands with them, maybe?
