What did you do to me in your dreams?

A blush crept over Ivy’s cheeks and she gnawed her bottom lip. “Do...do you really want to know?” Oh, god, this was embarrassing!

“Let me leave or let me love you.”

Her answer got stuck in her dry throat. What was she supposed to say? That isn’t worthy of love to begin with? Because that was how she felt when she found out the truth about Silas Mason. Genetically, wasn’t she also a monster? If her dad could do that to people, couldn’t she as well? So Ivy had done what she does best: she turned it off.But she didn’t want Marigold to go. Not after everything they’ve been through, the secrets they’ve shared, the bond they created. “Don’t go,” her jagged voice finally called out. “Please, just...just don’t go.”
@shesthefirstone ♥’d for a starter
The teacher’s voice droned on in the background. Whatever he was saying was of little interest to Ivy. She’d gone back to the abandoned lab last night. Knowing she was going to be going back often, it made sense that she make a map so that she would remember where she had been or how to get back to a place. The areas she explored thus far and turned up empty, but she wasn’t willing to give up. As class went on around her, Ivy pulled the folded paper out from her folder and began to sketch locations from memory. The scraping of a chair jolted her back to the present. Eyes jumped to the teacher, who remained blissfully unaware that he was being thoroughly ignored by her in the back of the room. Brows drawn, her head swung until she found the culprit. Shit! Has she seen my paper? Haphazardly folding the map, Ivy thrust it back into her folder, giving the blonde a hard look. “Um can I help you?”
The man seemed to glide through the halls, almost as if he was performing a waltz for his own enjoyment. He only came to a halt when he saw the girl meditating. What on EARTH was she doing? It looked rather silly to him, but that was what seemed so INTERESTING about it. Something even he hadn’t thought of before was always a treat.
“Hey! What’re you doing? Looks like you’re sleeping.”
