Near is probably nonbinary - he doesn’t really care that much about pronouns though so most people just stick with he/him

Mello is genderfluid and he’s usually pretty vocal about what pronouns he’s using that day so no one every really messes up

Matt is a transboy and he passes so well that Mello didn’t realize until he literally walked in on him changing (which made Matt super happy)

Beyond doesn’t care whatsoever - most people assume he’s agender but he just sees himself existing beyond labels (pun intended)
