Once upon a time there were two seemingly distinctive people. One, a flip-flopper, never knowing where to turn when faced with a fork in the road. The other was defiant and quickly defensive, a feminist crusader, an abolisher of normatives. These two people, when faced with society, reacted very differently. One was faced with issues such as body type, personality type, projection of one's self, and was wrought with the question of whether or not to change. The other had no problem with this decision, as society to them was a weak force that could be overcome with opposite response. One's nails were kept perfectly manicured and clean, the other's were painted black and partially gnawed off. One's clothes were perfectly modest, the other's reflecting a satanic and absolutely barbaric covering. Get the picture? These two people, against all odds, would meet one day while walking past each other on the street, a seemingly mediating event. Little did they know, their paths would intertwine with such power and vitality.
How exactly, you ask? These two people were to fall in love with each other. After several double and triple-takes up the street, the two opposites marched right back and confronted each other. After several tension-filled slurs and finger-pointing, the two saw exactly what it is that they were missing in each other. The first saw the strong, fiery passion in the other that they themselves lacked. Where they would shy away from a conflict, the other would face it head on and stand for social justice, even if it was not a popular opinion. The second saw a sweet acceptance in the other that they had not admired in any other before. The ability to take both sides of an argument into careful consideration and equal admiration was an extraordinary thing indeed, and the two now stood facing a part of themselves that they so desired for completion of the subconscious soul. They did not fall in love as people do in fairytales, but they fell in love with themselves and, in turn, each other.
holy shit, new favourite picture
