I need more people like Isabel Benson in my life. Thank you for that small talk walking to class. It was needed. Thank you and I hope you do realize I appreciate you and glad you're my best friend. 

I tried hard not to cry but I came back to the room and cried a little. I don't mean to...worry you or anything. I'm just bad at dealing with people. But I do appreciate any support and like I said, I'm bad at asking for help and now that I think about it, the reason I am is because I don't know how to ask for it. I don't know where to begin, I need to work on myself, I need to a lot of things but the minute I do, I start to freak out and put it all in the back of my mind to think about later...or in my case never. 

Anyway, what I'm trying to say is thank you, that I've been trying to figure out a way to get over this social anxiety that I have. Self confidence is something that I dont have and I'm not sure how to go about building it up. I just feel like when I feel confident, I'm shot down, mostly by myself. Anyway, that is all. I just want you to see this. Since you don't have facespace anymore, haha. And I don't pour myself out on facespace like I did here but aNYWAY!
