"You are too!" Cait smiled at the kiss. "You're, what, 91? and I'm only 24. 'S quite the age gap. I think that you're gonna hold the new world record for 'Oldest New Father'."

"I'm 96, technically." He mumbled, closing his eyes for a moment. "Yeah, 96. Oh my gosh. I've missed 70 birthdays."

"....I am not." He kissed her cheek in protest.

The next movement was a stronger one, as if in response to his voice. "Keep going; the baby likes your voice."

"Okay, uh..You are going to be very special when you come out into the world. Because your parents and aunts and uncles are very cool."

"That's what it feels like. It's just strong little flutters. That don't stop. But that's a good thing; that they don't stop, I think." She smiled and ruffled his blond locks. "Ya know, this week, his or her hearing is developed enough to hear people talking. You and I are supposed to say nice things to the baby; somehow strengthens the parent-child bond."

"So he or she does this all the time?" He kept his hand on her stomach, feeling their baby move around more. "What should I say to them? Like, a simple introduction?"

"You wanna know who is a pain?" Cait asked as she took one of his hands. "I don't know if you can feel this, but..." She pressed his hand into her baby bump, where their little one was moving up a storm.

Steve smiled once he felt their baby move around. "Feels like you've got a mini-gymnast in there."

"You sure? I hate to be a pain..."

"You're not a pain at all...Until I need to stretch. Then you may have to get off for a bit."

Cait shrugged, leaning in to kiss his cheek. "Love hurts sometimes." She winked.

"So I've heard." He smiled at the kiss. "I don't mind though. Don't have to be anywhere for a while."
