Judgment comes up when we feel in someway threatened. It’s a defensive move towards protection that imprisons the mind and heart. And the move towards protection is usually automatic so access to wisdom is limited. When we’re present we have access to the wisdom of the heart/mind...we slow down the reactivity and move towards understanding wisdom and compassion.
