Kamen Rider Stronger has two of my favorite gags done one right after another. Shigeru Jo is investigating a Black Satan hideout, bursts through a door at the end of the hall, and promptly falls down the face of a mountain.

It then briefly cuts to Tobei Tachibana discussing the danger Shigeru's facing, but dismissing the concern as they're certain he'll be fine.
