What is Shimabot (the oc) made out of?

metal, primarily. most of her shell (the white bits) are made out of some kind of titanium. her innards (the black bits) are either plastic or titanium (haven't decided yet). her replaced leg is made from scrap metal, primarily iron. her screen face is oled (made out of. whatever shit makes oled screens) and her hair is made of a more refined, more durable variant of that early 2000's transparent plastic for electronics:
