It was developed by #sonicsoftwareplanning and published by #sega in Japan and the E.U. The USA had #workingdesigns as their publisher. It was released in Japan in 1995. The E.U and USA received it in 1996. Unique to many of the #shininggames this title allows you to only control one character. He also does not get levels, rather the focus is on puzzles and exploration. This is part of a handful of #segasaturngames of this genre.
