It sure felt like it, and the stench only reassured that something was wrong. But she had to be on her game today. After all, another day, another dollar.

Contrary to the Deuce we know today, the six year old one wasn’t friendly before Jack decided to befriend her. She’s always alone in a corner, often crying. When one of the Zeroes ask her to play with them, she’ll either shake her head in refusal or give them a stern look if they are too insistent.

What exactly is happiness? Well, that’s one of the very foreign sounding words to Deuce, if spoken in depth. Of course, having Class Zero together made her feel secure… But what exactly is ‘Happiness’? The world apart from war is a very intriguing matter to her. Now if only someone taught her so much..

If I were to be asked. Well… in a rational viewpoint, a part of her has probably…lost it. After all… she lost her family and her home town due to war at a very young age. Was given a rather morbid view in life, despite the ‘keep moving forward’ or other optimistic points. Aaaaaand let’s not forget that’s she’s a 16 year old who gets exposed to war right in action, mostly in suicide missions, and at one point, a pawn sacrifice. Yep… this gentle woman here is all exposed to that.In some scenes, you can see how frightened she was even though she stood her guard.And whenever she casts that one spell, you can here a heartless sounding ‘Sayonara..’So, is she mentally strong? Or just someone who can keep herself at bay so well? Who knows~
