Ah, the snowdin parts are actually gone because they're severely outdated and no longer canon, but you should be able to find the start of waterfall here.

1.what are you going to do with cut characters like "grandpa semi" and rg04?
2.is the annoying dog getting a redesign and will the dog's lair be remodeled?
3.is gaster going to be speaking in only wingdings?
I have some answers! (mostly)
We currently don’t have any plans for Grandpa Semi, nor RG03 and RG04. Sometimes we’ll draw inspiration from unused / art book concepts from Undertale, but we want to make sure we’re also doing our own original concepts and characters. At most, you might see some characters as background NPCs, or a random encounter enemy. For Stardust Woods, though, we’re doing entirely original enemies (minus the Canine Unit and another one)
The Annoying Dog is remaining as-is, there really isn’t much to “re-design” there. We’re not sure what we’ll be doing with the dog’s lair.

(I don't know if this was answered before but...)I notice that in the core's winter area that the name "grandpa semi" pop up in one of the questions.
Who is grandpa semi in the story and what relation does he have with the characters?
It was just a nod to cut content from Undertale. Think of it as an easter egg.

Yes, we are alive and well. We had higher ambitions to get everything we promised done before everything that’s happened this year...well, happened.
The project is effectively on indefinite hiatus for the time being. I’m so sorry to everyone who’s been patiently waiting for more information regarding how this project would continue, but the long and short of it is the weight of the world is a lot to bear right now, and energy to work on a project of this caliber is in short supply.

Hello, I have some answers!
1.) Asgore’s house will feature a semi-brand new layout in the demo, while still taking inspiration from the original layout of Toriel’s house. The most similar thing between the two is the hallway, which may be touched up some more in the future.
2.) As for where you encounter Mettacrit in Ruined Home, we actually showed it off in our most recent video that we did for April Fools, Bugerpant: Origins.
While this isn’t completely indicative of what you’ll see in-game, here’s a little preview! You’ll be encountering Mettacrit during one of his performances on-stage, in the park area of The City of Old!
