Ingredients: 1 box Shirley Temple cake mix. 1 cup club soda. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 3 large eggs. 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix. 2 cups milk. 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained. 1 cup maraschino cherries, chopped. 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping. Maraschino cherries and mint leaves for garnish.
