Can’t help but think it would be great for a casual Shiro Cosplay once I finished re-fixing the Wig again (trying to make it so I won’t have to keep fixing it every time).

I bought the Outfit off EZ Cosplay and just… THANK GOD THEY HAD IT? I’ve been SO FRICKIN OVERTIRED THIS YEAR. And simple shape Outfits are often HARDER than complex detailed Outfits,,,
Also I want you to know post the Con I took this at I ONCE AGAIN completely restyled and straightened the Wig. This Wig is like six feet long,,, and this is like the third time I’ve brushed it top to bottom to the point you can run a comb through it without snagging 🫠 never say I don’t love my girl.
One day I’ll complete my grail Cosplay of her Arachne Form but with a Fursuit but GOD I DON’T HAVE THAT ENERGY ANYTIME SOON.

But uuuh basically recently I saw a Post explain really well what “Death Of The Author” actually means! I had always called that concept “Intent vs Execution”. Because like I’m sure the Author of KumoDesu didn’t intend Shiro to come off as a raging Lesbian, it’s probably just that they themselves are attracted to women, but when Writing in Shiro’s voice she does come off as a massive Lesbian sooooo. Yeah. Sapphic Spiders.

Edit: once again saying the outfits are from independent seller Moko’s Boutique! I wanted something simple but still girly (let both lesbians in a relationship be fem agenda) and the Offical Nendoroid outfits were either too complicated or too netural so these were absolutely perfect!!!

I realized it was June and that the last volume of KumoDesu came out in June in English because I made the June Bride joke and I was like shiiii I have to draw something for their anniversary.
Ok so I realized I have Cosplayed a Black Spider and a White Spider and then I had to Draw them together.
I was gonna do more Detail but I wanted to Finish and Post it today plus I’m just not super good with Digital Art so eh!
