Don't know if it's just me but I always had problems with knowing when and how much food my body wanted. As a child I remember I never felt hungry and how much concern it caused. Now, as an adult I can never figure out how hungry I am, I always end up over eating, having a full stomach just feels unnatural and uncomfortable, I find ways to digest it as fast as possible.
