The other day someone remarked that my hair was turning into a darker more brownish color. This saddened me as I have grown to like my hair as is. But then I remembered that radical feminist Valerie Solanas died alone and miserable of a painful disease in a shitty hotel over 30 years ago and I felt a little better. At any rate I may start to dye my hair.

I left my pooh bear in Boston last week when I was on tour and realized it two hours after we’d left the hotel so I had called, they found it and I asked them to send it to me. I gave them my card number to pay for the shipping. It should’ve been sent out Tuesday. I haven’t gotten it yet and it’s been almost a week and I wasn’t sure if an appropriate amount of time had passed for me to start worrying. And then today, I tried to pay for a case for my kindle on eBay with my card and it was denied so I’m calling the bank tomorrow. So now I just had a thought - my bank is small and often denies purchases outside of the area if the card holder doesn’t alert the bank ahead of time that they’re traveling. The hotel shipping cost would’ve been the only Boston transaction on my card. And I haven’t used my card since. If the bank denied my card for that, then my pooh bear wouldn’t have been sent out. The hotel has my phone number though so hypothetically they should’ve called if the card didn’t go through. I know I’ll have answers when I call the bank tomorrow but right now I can’t fall asleep because I really need that pooh bear back and now I’m having anxiety about it.
