My fucking train keeps randomly stopping!! Like. It stopped halfway out of the station! And then it stopped a minute later and moved a meter and stopped again!! What the fuck is going on?!

Classic me getting off at Town Hall instead of Central. Now I won't have time to buy krispy kreme donuts. Fuck. I don't even know if I'll even get to central in time for my next train. In which case I will have time to get donuts. Silver linings!
I spend 4-5 hours on the train a day,
And today whilst I was on the phone to a friend (in a non quiet carriage) a woman moved seats to sit next to me and stare at my face, I double took thinking maybe I knew her and didn't so I carried on my conversation. She interrupted me to tell me that the whole carriage could hear my conversation and I was annoying everyone. To which I responded that it wasn't a quiet carriage. Then she begun to talk to random passengers about how annoying it was that I was on the phone on the train. She then continued to carry on and sigh and tut and tap at me. When she got off the train she stood specifically where I could see her and gave me dirty looks. Now I'm no expert but it seems to me if something annoyed me, rather than move closer to it, I'd move away. I was no louder than if I had been sitting with a friend having a conversation.
