Working on my girl Fainauriel. I'm being extra picky about her hair, so that's going slow. Hoping to have it done for Art Fight, but not sure if I'll have it done in time. I also wanted to toss in more characters for Art Fight, but if I can't even finish this one in time then... who knows lol. Not sure who else I'd want to put? Tilven probably. Would also love to put Nkosi out there, but I can't even get a basic sketch of him done cuz I'm so pickyyyy

Got my first steroid shot for RA+OA today and my new doc was so so nice and understanding and believed me and had solutions immediately. I'm glad he explained WHAT normal labs means for me as well.

(it means that everything that would normally cause this,for someone my age, isn't causing it, so it can Only Be The Athritis, tri-monthly proof of my bones so fucking evil to me.)

I tried to be honest but was fighting 4 hours of sleep,pain,brain fog ect and kinda just making up dates whenever he asked. I fucking don't know man and I could not begin to count or remember. I got the date wrong on the sign in forms. I said couple a lot and he took that to mean exactly two which is fine bc it wasnt too important. I think he was just observing my behaviors for symptoms tbh, mostly because he was calling me the fuck out every five seconds and explaining symptoms like bam bam bam. Cool ass doctor.

And I didn't pass out or die from the blood draw and steroid and only shook violently a little bit. I deserved the soda and 3 cookies I got after. And I feel a lot better! Still sore and inflamed but I think it should get better when my new meds come in and the steroid has a bit more time to work?? I think that's how this will work. Kinda forgot the conversation already.
