⚡️ what was the first species you killed? how old were you? do you ever think about it?
"I was staying at a family friend's place for Brotherhood training, this little quaint farm outside London. The first time I've been out of the country, or Port Leiry really. They had five sons under the same roof. Most of them were real pricks but the youngest was alright. Around my age then. Had kind eyes. Loved Radiohead."
"Then the poor kid got bit. He was trying to keep the livestock safe but had to chase after a little lamb. Wolves got to it, then him. The family was beside themselves and kept him chained in the back shed. They put me on warden duty while they argued on what to do for the next month. I watched him, brought him food, tried to be a good friend."
"Full moon eventually came around. I stood outside that shed with a rifle, listened to him scream as his bones snapped and muscles twisted. Started crying, begging for death by the second hour. Someone had to stop the pain..."
"...It's best not to dwell on hunts like that for too long."
