“I recognize that face,” Nicky observed with a smirk.
“Face? What face?” Jackie sputtered, doing little to seem even remotely innocuous. “I don’t even know what you’re talking about.”
She just laughed at her friend’s poor attempt at denial. “Please. I know an ‘oh’ face when I see one.”
“Ew, Nicky.”
The blonde rolled her eyes. “Not like that. You just realized I was right and you do have a crush on Gigi,” she surmised triumphantly.
In turn, Jackie groaned in defeat. “And what difference does it make? What model works in a high end agency and goes ‘oh yeah, I wanna bang the office secretary’?”
“More than you may think.”
The two turned around to see Gigi leaning against the door frame with a smirk. “Nicky, darling, could you give us a moment?”
And with that, Nicky left, her mission accomplished.
No chance, no way
I won't say it, no, no
You swoon, you sigh
It's too cliche
I won't say I'm in love
I thought my heart had learned its lesson
It feels so good when you start out
My head is screaming get a grip, girl
Unless you're dying to cry your heart out
Symone watched Gigi do her makeup in the mirror and shook her head. “Do you have any idea how ridiculous you’re being’? I don’t see why you can’t just ask Jackie out. It can’t be because you don’t know if she’s gay ‘cause my Momma could tell and she’s half blind.”
Gigi scoffed, tossing her hair off her shoulder. “You’re the one being ridiculous, I have no idea what you’re talking about. Jackie is my tutor. These grad school dissertations don’t write themselves you know.”
“I do,” she conceded, “I also know that Jackie is getting her master’s in education and you’re getting yours in fashion and styling. And I know that most people don’t put on a full face of makeup and a slutty outfit for a tutoring session.”
She furrowed her brows. “This isn’t slutty, you can barely even see my ass if I bend over!”
Symone couldn’t help but laugh. “Bitch, you will say anything to distract from the fact that you’re in love with your ‘tutor’.”
“No chance, no way,” Gigi retorted defiantly as she finished her look. “I don’t date, it’s not worth the aggravation.”
“Of course dating was aggravating with your track record. All you date are partiers and wannabe models. And I ain’t judging you for that, but I am saying all that’s ancient history because you’re carrying a torch for a cute little bookworm.” Symone did realize that trying to get Gigi to acknowledge any emotions was like pulling teeth, however, and knew it would likely take far too long for her to come around. “I’m gonna order some food, have fun with your totally platonic study session.”
Gigi just flipped her off as she left. Once alone, she looked down at her phone and saw a text notification from Jackie. And that alone was enough to make her heart skip a beat. She blinked and swallowed thickly. “At least out loud, I won’t say I’m in love.”
ALL THOSE PROMPTS ARE SO GOOD! Could I have Gigi/Jackie and holding hands, please? (I was highkey considering asking for continuation of that icetia one, but went with my guilty pleasure ship)
ty!! yeah i kinda left a cliffhanger on that one lol

“I have no idea how you navigate around the city without getting lost or hit by an aggressive taxi,” Gigi remarked as Jackie continued to lead her through the city to her favorite lunch spot.
Jackie shrugged, “you get used to it,” she offered, taking Gigi’s hand when they crossed the street, then giving it a reassuring squeeze as they kept walking.
She stayed close to her girlfriend’s side as they walked, as an LA transplant, even the smallest things felt like an adjustment, like walking everywhere instead of driving or being driven. They would still take an Uber if it was late at night or hard to get to by foot or subway, but most of the time, she was just trying to keep up. “No wonder you have such strong legs,” she remarked offhandedly.
“We gotta work on your endurance,” Jackie teased, then stopped. “Come on, I’ll give you a piggyback ride for a few blocks,” she offered, letting Gigi climb onto her back and hooking her arms under her legs.
“My knight in shining armor,” Gigi playfully swooned, keeping her arms and legs locked around her for the next few blocks, until they went back to walking hand in hand.
Jackie chuckled, “you certainly are a princess,” she teased, nudging her playfully as they finally got to the restaurant.
“Maybe so, but most princesses wouldn’t move across the country to be with someone,” she said simply as they were seated at a booth.
And she had to admit that Gigi had a point – she wasn’t much for words, but her actions spoke loudly, “and I’m very happy you did.”
jackie + gigi with "i would've done anything for you. but now... i mean, it seems so clear how one-sided this whole relationship was."? tyyyy!
“It was never about me, was it?” Jackie’s tone wasn’t accusatory, it wasn’t angry or harsh. There was a hint of sadness, sure, but more than anything, there was an emptiness. She had detached herself from emotions and stated it like a matter-of-fact observation.
Gigi winced. She knew exactly what Jackie meant, but couldn’t get herself to acknowledge it. “What are you talking about?” she asked distantly.
“It was never about being with me. It was about getting over her.” Jackie walked across her apartment, staring vacantly out the window.
She hesitated a moment before taking a few steps closer to her, lingering a few feet behind. “I did want to get over her. I never wanted Crystal to have such a hold on me, especially since she moved on just fine…”
There was silence as Jackie pressed her lips into a fine line, swallowing thickly. "I would've done anything for you. But now... I mean, it seems so clear how one-sided this whole relationship was."
Gigi felt her chest tighten. She shoved her hands into her pockets and looked at the floor, trying to ignore the way her stomach twisted into a knot. “I… I didn’t think, I didn’t realize you…”
“Of course you didn’t,” she cut her off. “You’re always so caught up in your own thoughts and feelings that you don’t remember to stop and think about how it affects other people.” She took another pause to collect herself. “I know it isn’t all your fault, but this wasn’t fair to me either.”
“I know. And I’m sorry.”
Jackie shook her head. “Sorry doesn’t do much now, does it?” she finally turned to face her. “I think you need to do a lot of self-reflection before you try to date someone again,” she told her. “You’re just gonna hurt more people, including yourself. And I still care about you, but I’m going to need you to not call me again.”
“But I-”
“Please, Gigi,” she swallowed again to keep her voice from breaking. “You need to leave.”
Would love some Jiji comfort if you’re still doing prompts please :)
“How are you feeling?” Jackie asked as she entered the bedroom with her bag from the pharmacy in tow.
Gigi groaned, poking her head out from the mass of pillows. “I actively crave the sweet embrace of death.”
“Good to know the flu hasn’t robbed you of your dramatics,” she retorted with a dry laugh. “Sit up enough to take your medicine, okay?”
She nodded, taking the medication and water bottle from the bag and taking it, then watched as Jackie got into bed with her. “No, baby, you’ll get sick.”
Jackie shrugged. “I’ll be fine. I just wanna make you feel better,” she insisted, taking the smaller woman into her arms and cuddling her.
Gigi made a weak attempt at protesting, but she so badly needed comfort and Jackie’s arms were so inviting. She rested her head on her chest, exhaling deeply – or as much as she could with a stuffy nose. “You’re too good to me.”
“Nonsense. You deserve a little coddling when you’re sick,” she cooed, kissing the top of her head.
And yes, Jackie did eventually get sick, but it was well worth it as far as she was concerned.
jackie x gigi? maybe something about them seeing each other during jackie’s quick la trip. ty gorge!
It had been far too long, as far as Jackie and Gigi were concerned, that they’d been together, and having fun at a club seemed like the perfect way to reconnect.
Several drinks in, however, it became more than two friends reconnecting at a club. The dancing became grinding, the cheek kisses and innocent pecks turned into deep, lusty kisses that left them gasping for air.
“Think, um, we should go back to my hotel,” Jackie breathed out, his arms around Gigi’s waist.
“Thought you’d never ask,” she retorted with a smirk, wasting no time before the two of them were out of the club and into an uber.
They hardly kept their hands to themselves during the car ride, and in the hotel all of the tension came to a head as clothes flew every which way until naked bodies hit the bed.
Gigi couldn’t even hear how much she was begging for it over the sound of her racing heartbeat, then moans when Jackie finally pushed in.
The sex was intense, passionate, neither of them wanted it to end. By the time they were both spent, their bodies were hot and sweaty and their breathing was labored.
“Fuck,” Gigi exhaled, “you better come to LA more often.”

“Wow, Gigi really can’t hold her liquor,” Jackie observed. A bunch of the season twelve girls had reunited and were hanging out, drinking, having a fun night. But it quickly proved that alcohol affected some queens a lot more than others.
“Well yeah, she weighs like eighty pounds soaking wet, what did you expect?” Jan chuckled. He wasn’t too worried about his friend, it was just them as a group, he was sure they could collectively keep one twink out of trouble.
The two of them were interrupted when Jaida came up behind them and cleared his throat. “Not to interrupt, but I just pulled Gigi off the table and I am officially clocking out of my babysitting shift.” He was still carrying Gigi in a fireman’s hold until he stood him back up, Jan and Jackie helping to steady him.
Jan couldn’t help but laugh softly. “What, so it’s our turn now?”
Jaida shrugged. “Jackie’s the most responsible outta any of us.”
“And the sexiest,” Gigi chimed in, batting his lashes at Jackie in a way that made Jaida and Jan burst into giggles, then slip away as quickly as they could.
Jackie laughed too, albeit a bit awkwardly. “That’s high praise coming from a model like you,” he cooed, guiding Gigi to sit with him on the couch.
“Oh come on,” Gigi drawled, throwing a leg over Jackie’s lap. “You know I always thought you were hot, ever since you went traipsing through the werkroom in those purple panties.” As he spoke, he tried to further move his body to sit on his lap instead.
But Jackie resisted, gently nudging Gigi off, but allowing him to cuddle up to his side. “I think you and I remember that slightly differently,” he remarked. “But I do remember you and Nicky ogling me.”
“And I would’ve done more if you didn’t have that stupid boyfriend,” Gigi mumbled.
“Since when has that stopped you?”
Gigi pouted. “Don’t be mean, I’m drunk and vulnerable and also horny.”
Jackie exhaled deeply. If he were drunk and ten years younger, he would already be in bed with Gigi. And while he couldn’t deny an attraction towards him, he wasn’t about to let a wasted Gigi all but literally throw himself at him. “I think you’re done for the night. Come on, I’ll piggyback you into the guest room and tuck you in.”
“You’re no fun,” he whined, but climbed onto Jackie’s back nonetheless.
Since they were at Nicky’s apartment, Jackie decided it made sense to let him know before he had Gigi turn in for the night. “Hey, Nicky I- Oh!” What he hadn’t anticipated was interrupting Nicky in the middle of making out with Jan.
“What?” Nicky murmured after untangling himself.
Red-faced, Jackie tried to remember what he was going to say. “Um… Gigi’s drunk, so I’m gonna put him to bed in your guest room. Um… Carry on,” and he turned down the hall before anyone could respond.
“That could be us, but you have morals or whatever,” Gigi remarked as they went into the other room and he let Jackie tuck him into bed.
“You’ll thank me in the morning, Baby Geege,” he leaned down and pressed a kiss to his forehead. “I’ll come back and check on you in a bit, okay?”
“M’kay,” he mumbled, eyes already closed. “Night, love you.”
Jackie decided not to read into that. “Sleep tight,” he tousled Gigi’s hair lightly before returning to the party, sitting down next to Jaida. “That was… a lot.”
“You couldn’t have done better if you tried,” Jaida assured. “Especially with, you know, your crush and everything.”
“It isn’t a crush… I don’t know what it is now,” Jackie admitted with a tired laugh. “I think I just need a drink, I’ll worry in the morning. It’s what I do best.”
For the tropes thing, 14 for the trope and 22 from the fluff list, with Gigi and Jackie if you’d like, thank you!!
jackie’s daughter is named after a star trek character. i just want to establish that
14. Parent / 22. “You’re in love with her.”

Jackie was everything a good PTA member should be. She was at every fundraiser, cheering at all of her daughter’s soccer games, volunteering to go on every field trip. And it had all been with the single intent of supporting her daughter. That was, until the girl reached third grade.
Since it was the first day of school, Jackie decided to surprise her daughter by picking her up about ten minutes early, saving her a bus ride. “Hey Shelly, how’ve you been?” she greeted the secretary with a bright grin. “Can you tell me what room Kathryn’s in?”
“Of course, hun, always nice to see you,” she hummed, pulling it up on her computer. “Yeah, she’s with Ms. Goode in room 207. Early pickup?”
“Sure is,” Jackie hummed, signing her daughter out and going up to the second floor. Even though the door was propped open and a lesson didn’t appear to be taking place, she knocked lightly on the door. “Hi, I’m picking up Kathryn.”
Gigi looked up from chatting with a couple students, offering her a friendly smile. “Oh sure,” she looked over to the student, “You’re free to go, Katie,” then back to Jackie. “You must be her sister?”
Jackie chuckled, leaning against the wall. “I like you already, Ms. Goode. No, I’m her mom.” In as casual a way as she could, she looked the teacher over - she was pretty, very pretty, and she found herself relieved that she was already such an involved parent.
Kathryn made her way back to the front of the room with her backpack. “People think she’s my sister ‘cause she’s not married. They broke up because my mom’s a les-”
“Okay, time to go!” Jackie quickly cut her off. “Bye, nice meeting you!” she said and left in a rush. “How many times have I told you about oversharing?”
“I thought it’d be okay because she has a rainbow flag hanging up,” her daughter defended.
Jackie sighed. “Still, that’s not everyone’s business.”
-
“Katie, we’re gonna be late!” Jackie called into her daughter’s room.
“Relax,” Kathryn replied as she came down the stairs. “Ms. Goode isn’t going anywhere without you.”
Jackie cocked her brow. “Excuse me?” she asked incredulously, as if her face wasn’t turning red.
She rolled her eyes. “Come on, Mom. You’re in love with her.”
“She’s very pretty, Kate. But she’s your teacher and I’m very much not in love with her,” she assured, trying to sound as even-keeled as possible.
“I still think you should ask her on a date,” Kathryn shrugged. “Can’t you find alone time during the field trip?”
“No,” Jackie chuckled as they went out to the car. “We’ll be too busy making sure no one wanders off and gets lost.”
Despite her claim, Jackie did find herself alone with Gigi while the students and other volunteer parents were sitting to watch a film. And she did her best to ignore her daughter’s words that echoed in the back of her mind. “You guys take this trip every year?”
Gigi shrugged. “This is only my second year here, but we went last year,” she explained, biting her lip as she chose her next words carefully. “Katie’s a great student… tries to play matchmaker whenever she gets the chance, though.”
Jackie groaned. “I’m so sorry, she means well, but-”
“Maybe you should consider her advice, I know I would.”
“Wait, what? Really?”
Gigi smirked a bit. “Why wouldn’t I? Look at you.”
Jackie laughed nervously. “Look at me? Look at you,” she retorted, then managed to collect herself. “But in that case… I certainly wouldn’t mind taking you out to dinner sometime. Maybe not a school night, though.”
She stepped a bit closer, fingers tracing up Jackie’s arm. “It’s a date.”
