Lance’s fiancee, Shiro is still MIA. Op gone wrong they said… Most likely killed like the others but no body was found.

And Lance grieves.

Every night he goes out and drink himself into a stupor, anything to fill the abyss in his heart that threatens to swallow him whole. Sex, drugs, alcohol… Anything and everything just to numb the pain.

But Lance still sees him wherever he goes. People who look like him, sound like him (Sven/Kuro/Kuron/Ryou)

But they are never him. He isnt coming back. He’s gone.

One night, Lance sees Keith, Shiro’s step brother, and he too is worse for wear… Finding ways to fill or ignore the void that grows in his heart.

Though Shiro and Keith share no blood, they grew up together. Shiro was the only family he had left.

Lance for the first time notices that Keith has the same look in his eyes that his fiancee had when Shiro looked at him. It would be weird to approach your suppose-to brother-in-law like this… But Lance was desperate for anything now.

And right now Lance and Keith are searching within each other the missing pieces of their fractured hearts in the wake of Shiro’s absence.
