Experiment #2

Using less (aka 1) shmallows on a plate produced extremely favorable results. Resulting marshmallow has been expanded into maximum volume, maintaining a soft interior while having a crusty exterior.

The ratio is slightly off, however. The volume of the soft interior is largely outmatched by the crusty, leaving the shmallow a bit more chewy than expected. Experiment #3 will look into ways to mitigate this
