Gonna just post rarely but I want to stick around to at least read your posts and keep up with you guys, please just don't expect frequent posts at the moment, I'm still struggling to connect with the sims again. But I'm working on it. I know no one here has expectations of me posting, it's just my mind making expectations up because of my inner people pleasing nature 🤦 Ignore my hubris.

Do I want to catch up on over a month of sims posts on here or do I want to accept that I'll once again have no idea what is going on 😭
I've got some stuff in my queue and I have no idea where I was going with that anymore 😂 I might have to re-write / redo some of that because I have no memory of my plans anymore. Should really take a page out of @sapphire-writes-stuff's book and do a plot outline so at least next time my own response to what I'd prepared isn't "??? What was I thinking???" 🤣 I managed to update my game (thanks @sleepyselkiesims!) and my saves still seem to be intact at least!
I realize I was in the middle of the event - which of course now is no longer running. That makes working with that part of the story much harder 😭 Might have to re-write some of the past posts for stuff to make sense again because without the event running there's no point in including it. This is why I do not like these timed events.
Ouch.

Negatives: Both my mods and my tray files are gone 😔
I'm looking to maybe do a somewhat small challenge contained to a single lot that doesn't require me to re-build a bunch of stuff. The baby challenge overwhelms me since the infant/toddler update.
I think I will do a rags to riches sort of challenge related to another game I've been playing, Blue Prince. I'll have to reinstall my mods again but I'm motivated and loving the idea!
So, Ritalin makes me feel how neurotypical people must feel all the time. I'm so jealous. It's wearing off now but man in the time it was effective, my memory was better, I could start and end tasks easily and even multitask, I could focus, it made my brain "quiet" if that makes sense. The short acting one only works for about 4 hours but I got a ton of stuff done in that time, though I did prioritize my very dusty and messy flat so to see if it helps with building I'll have to wait until tomorrow 😂 But I don't react negatively to it and my posts should resume either tomorrow or the day after, depending on if I get to playing today! (You're all caught up)

I was tagged in this multiple times, at the moment I can find tags from @perolesims, @itmeansiris, @imeepysims, @simscici and @girlwithnojobcom. If I missed someone, I'm sorry! It's a little unfair because I'm both an amateur artist and an amateur photographer so I have lots of pictures I drew or took 😅 So I limited myself to only a couple of each but I included game screenshots in turn, leading to this. By now I'm sure everyone did this before but I'll still try and tag some people, if you've already done it, please disregard!
