SHODO-O Wave 5 revealed -- Joker, Genm, Leangle
Following the latest episode of Kamen Rider Saber, the official Bandai candy toy blog uploaded a new post detailing the brand new fifth wave of SHODO-O -- the SHODO spin-off line typically reserved for villainous and rival characters to the Kamen Riders in the main waves. Starting off the wave are 4 varieties of Ex-Aid’s Kamen Rider Genm -- his Level 2 and Level 0 forms recoloured from Ex-Aid himself, as well as X and X-0; his more popular Dangerous Zombie forms. Each comes with a different weapon -- Level 2 has the Gashacon Bugvisor; Level 0 has the Bugvisor Zwei; Level X has the Gashacon Sparrows and Level X-O comes with a Gashacon Breaker Sword Mode; painted in greater detail than Ex-Aid’s. X and X-0 also come with additional pose hands to recreate Dangerous Zombie’s well-known poses.
Following Genm were a trio of Blade releases -- Joker, the kaijin form of Hajime Aikawa is to see release; with the blog noting that he was a popular request and that there is a very large amount of paint across the figure. In addition, the movie-exclusive villain Albino Joker is also seeing release; coming with his large sickle. To finish up, Kamen Rider Leangle is the final figure in this wave, finishing up the main quartet of Riders from Blade and coming with his Leangle Rouzer.
SHODO-O Wave 5 is set to release in March 2021 at general retail.
