Anon with the bear skirt and shoe problems again-- do you think Bodyline's shoe267 or shoe168, either one in brown, would work better/is better?
I personally think 168 is cuter but either work.

My mom placed the order on 5/3/2014, and took advantage of the free air mail. It arrived on 5/30/2014, but I picked it up from the post office on 5/31. My mom said that she used air mail for my Christmas order (ordered early November) which came in a matter days. My spring order took 27 days. I am considering EMS shipping and using the yen trick for a birthday haul.
Packaging: Normal Bag and box combo. There was a noticeable tear in the plastic bag. Not cool, but not the worst, it’s about a centimeter.
Condition of items: Fine. There are no visible defects.
1) Shoes – Black – 4.5/5
The design is black, with scallops, heart cut-outs, and a cute bow. My mom thinks that they look like tap dancing shoes. I think they are cute and would be good for an outfit outside of Lolita. I think that it can be used for any style besides punk and gothic.
No visible markings or scuffs. The size is 25.5 Japanese, and I am a 9.5-10 US. My feet are wide, so most American Shoes are extremely uncomfortable. I have another pair of Bodyline shoes in 25.5 (platform shoes), they are roomier than American shoes and fit better. These shoes also fit well. They are much simpler than my platforms, and have a shorter heel.
When I walk around in these black shoes (which look like tap dancing shoes), it feels a little weird. I think that it might need thicker soles or that they are not as tall as my platforms. The material used is not as good of quality, I think that if you are looking for a better quality version, get the enamel material instead. That would be SHOES268. The enamel material is shiny and a bit stronger. The material in mine easily bent when I was walking around.
2) Wrist Cuffs – Pink, Black x Black, and White. 5/5
I told my mom to order one pair in black x black. My mom surprised me with two other colors, pink and white. The color is nice and consistent. The pink one is a bubble gum color. The white one is the color of the moon at sea. The black one is the color of a cute black beetle. :D The bow and pearls are nice touch. It is good quality for the price. The pearls are inexpensive quality. The lace seems a lot better than the lace I would use to make a handmade pair of wrist cuffs. I like it, but it doesn’t have a nice silky, soft feel like other lace. If you do not like chemical lace, then don’t go for it.
Overall, I would buy Bodyline products again. Nice shoes that can be worn inside and outside of Lolita. The three wrist cuffs are nice and can be mixed and matched. It’s good. It’s cool. Go buy it if you are considering these products.
Hey girl! I'm looking to buy L353 tonight and I would also like to purchase a pair of shoes from bodyline with it. I already own the SHOES171. Do you think I should just use those? I have also been looking at shoes267, shoes251, shoes178. thaaaaank you
I don't think 171 is your best option. They just don't strike me as elegant enough for the skirt. Out of the options you were looking at 251 seems like the best to me. You could also put it with something more Classic like shoes272.
Do the bodyline 267 shoes run too small or big? Im having a hard time finding reviews.
Based on reviews I've seen they seem to run true to size.
Do you think Bodyline's shoes267 would look better in the lighter or deeper pink with fan plus friend's perfume bottle dress in pink?
I think you could probably get away with either. Neither are perfect for the main color of the dress, but there are so many shades of pink in the print that neither shoe color would look terribly out of place.
Do you think I could use l145 in black with SHOES267 in white in the same coord? Or would it look stupid no matter what?
I think it would look fine. It would probably look best if you did it with a white blouse.
