Hi! I have two questions and I'm really thankfull for any help! Firstly I've been planning on buying L145 in Black and I was wondering if it would be ok to coord it with mostly black (I might do it with colored tights) Its my first lolita piece and I want to get more easily coorded colored blouses and shoes first. Secondly is acc025 the "official" headdress for this skirt? The pattern seems to be the same but im not 100% sure. Thank you!

I think it would be alright to use black for your main pieces but I would try tying in the pastels and motifs from the print through smaller accessories as well. A carousel related necklace or brooch perhaps to bring some color up to the blouse area, little yellow star jewelry, things like that. And yes that is the bow that’s meant to go with that print.

Hi!! I hope you have a good day c:... I have a huuuge crush on the L145 bodyline skirt on sax, but my wardrobe is 99% black. Do you think I could wear that skirt with a dark blouse, thights and shoes?? Thanks!!!

It would work so long as you work the skirt into the coord somehow. If you’re going to make absolutely everything else dark that might look silly but you can do it with a black blouse, tights, and shoes and then add a sax headbow, maybe a dangling star clip, maybe a sax or white neckbow or brooch or necklace or something to bring some of the light color into your torso area, things like that to tie the coord together so the skirt doesn’t look out of place.

Hi there! I was wondering if L327 (in black) would match L145 (in black). I have a white blouse but it's a bit small, and it's long-sleeved which makes it annoying to wear. If you don't like L327, can you recommend another (cheap!) blouse that would match? Thanks!~

I think it's fine. I know some people are picky when it comes to the look of full shirring but I personally think it looks fine as a simple blouse.

hey duchess! i have bodyline l145 (the carousel print) in black, and plan on wearing it with a white blouse and black shoes with gold details. i'm having difficulty finding accessories to go with it! (i have a hair accessory; bought it secondhand, its actually made of two skirts sewn together, so the extra bow was made into a headbow) any inexpensive/offbrand pink/lavender star/horse suggestions?

I was thinking this would be really cute but it's sold out. If you like it though you may be able to ask if they could make another one. Otherwise, if you're looking for stars, shooting star clips are always a great option. Rococo Soul also has these wristcuffs which would be perfect! There really is no shortage of cute star-themed Lolita jewelry around etsy and storenvy, and while the craze isn't as huge as it used to be there's still a lot of carousel themed things in the same places.
