Ok so ive thought abt this for awhile but i wanna write it down now cause I think i can word it

Minor spoilers for pt 4

Alrighty then!! So ep 4 of pt 4 idk the name but jigen has a toothache and goes to some town to get it treated, turns out its a mafia run town that doesn’t allow guns and he ends up just fucking obliterating the mafia for the doctor chick he gets smitten for.

Anyway how the scene of jigen fucking destroying this mob works is he perfectly dodges all of the bullets shot at him from 9 different angles and he’s able to get them to shoot each other with how he dodges, then he kills the main boss guy by shooting a chandelier down and crushing him. All of this plays out while zeni is looking at the crime scene and explaining what he believes happens.

There’s a movie, one of my favorite movies actually (reason why im making this post in the first place), called The Boondock Saints, and it’s abt these irish twins living in boston who think god calls upon them to destroy all the evil in boston, which includes many many mobsters. So one of the first sprees they go on is to this hotel and how they do it is they go after all nine of the mobsters and kill them all. At the scene of the crime, an FBI agent is walking around and going thru what happened at the scene and thats how it’s shown in the movie.

I feel like it was a bit of a reference to the movie with the scene in lupin?? I could be wrong but it just seems very similar in my head.

- this is a bit of an odd one, but...he has alopecia? he’s completely bald even in the youngest drawings of him (which afaik are unfortunately of the drive-by his friends were in...he would have been around 22 in 1997, which is the latest it could have happened.) maybe he keeps his head clean-shaven for that reason

- he wears colorful Hawaiian shirts. i just want him to okay it would look cute. i want to see him in tourist dad attire

- he has a cologne collection. russel has very refined tastes
