Short Course Project (2)
A calico drape created from my initial research, with a focus on mossy textures and details.
Short Course Project (3)
A second calico drape, inspired by oysters.
Short Course Project (4)
A calico drape inspired by the cup shapes of mushrooms. This drape didn't use any pins, only knots.
Short Course Project (5)
A collection of A4 collages, which used the shapes and textures from my research images and drapes to create interesting design inspiration. The fabric sampling at the end represents potential colour schemes and textures for the collection.
Short Course Project (6)
A series of rough design developments created using the previous collages (A4/5/6, pencil).
Short course Project (7)
The first of three developed final designs from this project. This design extends the silhouette of one of my mushroom inspired drapes (A3, pencil).
Short Course Project (8)
A second final design, developed using the oyster research (A3, pencil).
