In my verse in #ShortcutsAndDeadEnds I say “I got to come and hold your newborn child”. That child’s name is April. She is now 9 years old and yesterday she came with a bunch of my family to watch us perform in St. Pete. It’s already emotional doing that verse when my sister or mother are in the house but having little April and her sister Rosie in the house took it to a whole other level.
