I find no importance in showing others that I am happy; it's not important to me that they know or think that I am happy but what is important to me is that I am happy. I am interested in being happy, not in making others think or know that I am. C. JoyBell C. . . . A lot of people work so hard to prove or show the world that they are happy or living a certain type of life when they are not. That effort you go hard on in faking happiness really does mess with your mental and emotional health. Cut that out. Stop it. Find joy in who you are as you are and find love in what you do and work hard to improve on your creative vision. You don’t need to prove anything to anyone but yourself.
