She couldn’t look the boy in the eye, keeping hers glued to the floor. Here eyes were wet and bloodshot, more so than usual. He hands were clenched into fists at her sides and her stupid grin was still there, though it was obvious she didn’t mean to smile. It twitched as the words left her mouth. “People change, get over it. This is me now,” she brought a fist to her chest in emphasis. “If you can’t accept me, then just go away. I don’t need you."

Rin is normally nervous, with talking to people, basic interactions, even leaving the house can be stressful to her. Especially if she is planning to go alone, some where with a boy, especially Len. She paces back and forth and re-edits her text to him several times, What sounds casual enough so it doesn't make me sound stupid or sound like I am inviting him out on a date. dumb emoticons were obviously the answer, to appear like a normal person asking someone to go with them to the fair.
The fair recently arrived, Rin passed by it several times when taking the long forty minute journey to and from the studio, she watched as the workers joined together to set up a beautiful fair ground. It was especially beautiful at night, she would often think about riding the Ferris wheel to get a glimpse of the city from high above.
