When you think about it, this was an insane episode. Akutagawa's coworker is jealous because she saw him with a woman, so she (a high ranking mafia member) joins the agency in a quest to find Akutagawa's lover, who turns out to be his little sister (and a previously known assassin).

The coworker asks the sister to call her sister-in-law.
