Updates, Hepburn method
So I did get to workout last night and it felt good, form was not so great for the warm ups but that was ok because I felt that during the second or third double I regained good form.
I am quite conscious about my shoulder now and in the mirror in the gym it seems to shoot up on the right side consistently during deadlifts... My appointment is morning of the 27th so I am really hoping that it goes well or at least will not take a lot of therapy to heal, I dont think that it requires any surgery so that is a plus but we will wait and see for the final verdict.
My workout was surprisingly DOMS inducing, so from the squat and deadlift workout the DOMS are real people, you can get DOMS from low rep workouts D:
The workout was like this.

This workout I didnt do any pushups or any other accessory lifts which I kind of regret now but its fine I guess, its still only 2 workouts into the main lifts however I did discover today that the program that I am doing is a mashup of Hepburns A/B programme... I am fine with that really for the moment, I am committing to do this for at least a month and then we will see how I feel I might switch to the actual A / B / C workout programmes. I can see that the progress from all of the programmes is slow and maybe that will be good for me, teach me slow steady patience and progress.
