But hello chat, this is my son Burst! He’s a EXE oc of mine! His story takes place in the Sonic Boom show! His themes are kid tv stars and how they’re treated by everyone. Also deconstruction of some cartoon tropes!
In short, Burst has to constantly act/be Sonic, otherwise he gets punished by the Director (his dad). The audience constantly criticizes him and are way too parasocial and really want him to be more like Sonic. His “Amy” “Tails” “Knuckles” are creations made by the Director and are heavily flanderized to the point that they really only exist to snitch on Burst to the Director.
Also for entertainment/and his punishment, Burst constantly dies in various ways! In fact, the way it’s chosen is from a wheel that gets spun! The audience member who gets chosen to help the Director has a Vessel to join in on it.
There’s a lot more but let’s just say Burst will have a huge breakdown and snap by the ending : ).
