Same. Basically, just enjoy the ride. For me when I have a horny spell exactly like yours it would lasta couple months and the rest of the time I'm a horny-less statue with the libido of a 90 year old. But yeah, I wonder the same thing as well because I'm literally going through the same thing as you right now.
Sounds very similar to me, to the extent where I honestly thought I was asexual/demisexual becuase of my lack of sex drive at the low points, but now it’s picking up again and it’s the worst it’s ever been :( in for one bumpy, uncomfortable-in-public ride haha
