On June 1973, the American short lived "Star" magazine published its fifth and final issue (volume 2, #5).
Teen model Karen Umphrey was on the cover again, and Patti Clark on the back cover with David Bowie. There was an article about the baby groupies of Sunset Strip (an interview to Sabel Starr and Queenie, and Shray Mecham and Lori Mattix also featured in some of the photos). It was also the first time Lori modelled for the magazine.
As a note, the girl with Marc Bolan is not a groupie. The full photo has also Marc's then wife June Child (as seen here). She was a friend of both, and her real name is Cynthia McRadu.

Teen model Karen Umphrey was on the cover for the first time, and Shray Mecham on the back cover. Both models were also on the inside, Karen in photos 2 & 3, 5 to 7 (featuring Clint Eastwood, The Raspberries, and other models like Esther Silvas and Kathy Colby); Shray in photos 4 & 8.
