Easy shrimp and broccoli bowls.
RECIPE: https://www.saltandlavender.com/easy-shrimp-and-broccoli-bowls/
You can make this quick and easy shrimp and broccoli stir-fry recipe at home right away. It tastes like takeout, but it's much better. Tossed in a savory sauce with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and oyster sauce are tender shrimp and crisp broccoli florets. This makes a tasty meal that's great for busy weeknights.
Ingredients: 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 head broccoli, cut into florets. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, minced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon cornstarch. 1/4 cup chicken broth. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooked rice, for serving.
Instructions: Put oyster sauce, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chicken broth in a small bowl. Set it aside. Put away. Put vegetable oil in a big pan or wok and heat it over medium-high heat. Add the ginger and garlic, and cook for about 30 seconds, until the food smells good. Put shrimp in the pan and cook for about two to three minutes on each side until they turn pink. Take the shrimp out of the pan and set it aside. Put broccoli florets in the same pan and stir-fry them for about 4 to 5 minutes, until they are soft. Add the shrimp back to the pan, then add the sauce mixture and toss everything together until everything is well coated and hot. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put the shrimp and broccoli stir-fry on top of rice that has already been cooked.
