#1 MAKE A BUG OUT BAG RIGHT NOW, fill it with things you need. insurance is smart. 

2# Get as far away from civilian dense places as possible. people wont be so kind to you if they feel you have something they need more then you to survive. 

3# Look after each other, feed the weak, old, sick first you need each other more then you realise. 

#4 Learn to hunt, Learn to fish, you wont survive long living off twigs, nuts and berry's. 

#5 Learn how to change a tire. its a skill every one should know.

#6 Trust no one, and watch your back!

#7 You're alone? oh thats okay make a Wilson, it might sound silly but this might actually keep your moral and sanity together. 

#8 Pray or mediate. Im not religious but if you are pray it will give you strength, hope, moral and thats important. If you are like me and not religious meditate. If your spirits are high your health and well being is high. 

#9 Follow and trust your instincts

#10 Learn how to shoot, and learn gun safety!

#11 SURVIVE!
