1. Nuwa, creator goddess of Chinese mythology. She created humanity by molding yellow clay and repaired the heavens after they were ravished by the gods’ warring.
2. Shullat and Hanish, a duo of destructive gods from Mesopotamian mythology. They were associated with strong winds, and possibly with the weather god Adad.
3. Ankou, grim reaper figure of Breton folklore. He is said to collect the souls of the dead, and that any person that hears the creaking of his carriage’s wheels is destined to die soon.
