Post about how weird it is that people pick ace characters in particular to sexualize and someone will come into the replies to go "you know sex favorable aces exist right"
1. I AM ONE, PUBLICLY. I refer to myself with a label that has sexual attraction built into it because I Have It, 2. Fandoms don't acknowledge they exist and opt for erasing the asexuality instead and that's why it's weird, 3. Picking the asexual character to be the most heavily sexualized one and barely touching anyone else is also weird, it's one thing if the person is also ace and doing it through an ace lense but be honest how common is that.
Also that's what everyone says in response to every asexual character being depicted sexually by the fandom and an asexual person being weirded out by it. Like, every time. Without fail. So it's not usually taken as a good faith rebuttal anyways even if it is meant that way.
