#sick moon

Hi !!

I'd like to ask , if it's okay,in one of your fairy au fics (terror comes in two), it's mentioned that moon got really ill and sun thought he was going to loose his brother..

My questions are:

• why and how did moon get ill?

• did that event affect sun much?

• and was lunar there to witness it?

• and if he was , what was his reaction?

And if it's okay,can you let the boys answer with you?

Ah that happened as a chapter in the Archives of the Celestial Fairies series on AO3.

He became ill after falling into a frozen lake, knocked in while evading a hawk.

It affected Sun very much as Moon nearly died.

Lunar was not around when this happened. This event takes place a few years after Nan's death (~1915)

And sadly the boys are still not up to speaking with any of you guys ^^'

Illnesses for fairies are rather serious matters. They can even be fatal. In a moment of desperation, a plea for help is mysteriously answered.

Lunar what do you do when moon/sun is sick?

“…Take care of them, I guess? Whenever they’re too sick to do it themselves.”

“And we thank you very much for it, Lunar. Right, Moony?”

“Huh? Yeah, yeah.”

“And sometimes he unfortunately catches what we had. So then WE take care of HIM!”

Okay- sunny definitely wraps Moon like a burrito in a blanket when he's sick and holds him like a baby- I call it- it's the cutest thing I thought of so far-

Why did falling in the frozen lake mess up Moon so bad? Is it because his body temperature is naturally lower, so he can't keep himself as warm as Sun can in winter, and falling in the frozen water messed him up?

Oh man was Sun a lot more protective and paranoid whenever Moon gets sick after this event? Also hi Earth

I think you mentioned before that fairy Sun once had to ask for help from…A certain someone, because Moon was so sick he would’ve died otherwise? What caused him to get so sick in the first place?
