Sorry if you've already answered this, I couldn't find it if you did. Does Sun lose his powers during an eclipse? And since the moon is blocking out the sun, would that mean Moon keeps his powers or has a similar effect of a blue moon but maybe not as extreme?

During a solar eclipse, Sun becomes very sick and weak. And unfortunately, it's when Eclipse is at his strongest. Solar eclipses don't affect Moon as much.

Despite the overwhelming and unbearable illness, Sun has to use literally every ounce of limited strength and energy to keep that door shut until the eclipse passes.

Sick Pico forgets Sick Sun and moves on to Sick Shyrell

Sick Sun is pissed that Sick Pico forgot about her and their relationship, since the toxic waste had made him lost all of his memories of Sick Sun permanently.

Then Sick Pico saw Sick Shyrell and immediately fell in love with her.

Sunny how does it look like when lunar is tasked with taking care of you when youre sick

I can imagine one of you gets a headache and it’s probably not you XD

"Well, I try my best not to be too much of a handful. Very rare do we ever need Lunar's help with that sort of thing. But when we do, he is a BIG help." "Please, the most you have me do is make you soup and bring you tissues." "My point still stands!"

I wonder was there ever a time where sun would be the stubborn one when it comes to his health?

Like how moon does it untill he is on his last leg…but i imagine sun would be more subtle than him, like acting really good and maybe not arguing but sneaking out and about ya know?

I dont know what would motivate him tho…maybe helping an injured animal mouse take care of her babies and that makes him really persistent?

But also probably wouldn’t bother moon about the mouse cuz he feels moon has enough on his plate

There have been times where Sun tried to play off a sickness, but in those instances he genuinely think they aren't that bad. Until they actually get bad.

He won't stop working just because of a few sniffles and coughs. Sun will power through it because he'll think it's nothing major, until a fever suddenly strikes him. Moon will scold him for it, and he'd reply "I didn't think it was that bad..."

Lunar what do you do when moon/sun is sick?

“…Take care of them, I guess? Whenever they’re too sick to do it themselves.”

“And we thank you very much for it, Lunar. Right, Moony?”

“Huh? Yeah, yeah.”

“And sometimes he unfortunately catches what we had. So then WE take care of HIM!”

Has there ever been times where Moon had to use his dust on Sun? Why?

There has!

Usually if Sun has a nightmare and struggles with falling back asleep. It's rare for Moon to be back at the Hollow then, but when he is he helps Sun in that regard.

And when Sun is sick he'll use it as well to help him rest. One of two things will happen; it will either take affect and he sleeps, or he rejects it and he doesn't.

And I don't mean rejection as in, he refuses to sleep. His body decides that for him.

Awww thats kinda funny and cute, does moon ever foreshadow it? Like

He will see it and try to tell sun hes gonna get worse ?

I am certain Moon has once or twice, because they both know that illnesses of any kind hit them hard because of their small bodies. Sun would probably say he'd work a little more and then get some rest, and then while working is when it hits him.
