He picked up both English and German as well, though the latter is hardly fluent. EDUCATION: While Fasttrack attended a rather prestige university on Velocitron, Knock Out wasn’t so lucky--he attended the Decepticon school of shut up and survive. Send me "black bird" for a darker memory of my muse's past

The taste of processed energon was disgusting, yet it filled his mouth no matter how many times he tried to spit it out. He struggled to sit up, to crawl out of the way of gunfire. The pure agony that raged through his torso told him he wasn't going anywhere.

He managed to roll to one side, servos reaching down to the injury that tortured him. Fasttrack could feel the warmth of energon coating his hands and pooling under his frame. He screamed as a wave of unbearable pain shot through him.

His vision was blurring but he could still see the shadows of a bot towering over him. He tried to lift a servo, beg for his life but all that happened was an uncontrollable coughing and choking on his own energon.

"May Primus be with you."

The heat of a weapon against the side of his helm was all he could feel. The pain disappeared, fear overwhelming it. The trigger was pulled and his world went dark - Fasttrack was no more.

Knock Out grasped the mech’s wrists, pinning them against the wall above his head. He pressed his polished cherry colored frame against the green one, lips meeting his and nipping playfully.

The medic had briefly struggled, surprised by the attention that he was receiving, only to give in to the way those delicate hips ground against his. He’d admired that frame pieced together, watching the twisted spark inside it grow and development, and he wasn’t expecting the true intentions of his creation.

"Gorgeous," the cherry understudy whispered to his mentor, moving his lips to the delicate neck cables of his partner. "Tell me the truth, Doctor. Do you love me?"

There was a moaned ‘yes’, which caused an all too amused chuckle from the siren. “Say it, Hook.”

"I-I love you."

Crimson optics brightened as he gave one more tug of the cables, before leading the mech back to the berths. His lips moved to his, pressing with denting pressure.

Knock Out soon had his mentor on his back. The younger medic straddled his hips, grinding against him and talons skating over seam lines. He watched as the walls fell and the frame beneath him withered and twisted.

….. and soon that look of pleasure turned to pain.

Sharp talons had pierced through thick armor, digits wrapping around the weakening spark underneath. “Pity to love, no,” he said to the shocked mech.

By the time that the drones and Megatron had reached the pair, Knock Out’s cherry red frame was covered in energon blue from his victim.  There was no telling what he’d done first, the mangled body could not even be used as spare parts.

However, he was currently the only medic within the troops, no others willing to stand up against the gleaming demon. He became the CMO shortly after.

Fasttrack was no saint, ask anyone and they'd tell you that the young racer had demons and the popularity was not helping. Case in point was the cherry red frame pressed against the wall of a VIP room, a larger and silver frame held him in place as he struggled lightly.

"Please," he begged. "just give me the stuff."

The mech growled, slamming his frame against the smaller one. "Not until you've paid for it, 'Track. That's how the world works. Open those plantings for me, pretty mecha."

"No, I want-"

This obviously wasn't about what he wanted - the next thing he knew his helm had been whipped to the side and dented by a punch. Foreign digits clawed at his chest, leaving his paint clipped and the doors to his chamber damaged.

The pain had been unbearable and he doesn't exactly recall what happened next, just that he was left in a heap on the ground, kicked a few times by his deal before he chased after the score.

He spent the next week high and unfeeling, missing out on a week's worth of races (and thus pay).

He'd be back in the same position, although more obedient because - frag that hurt.

As much as Knock Out loves interface, he hates overloading.

Well, not really hates it but is terrified of doing so. When he does, his horn blares and that's simply embarrassing.

He goes out of his way not to. Which is where the no touching rule comes from.

Fun Fact: Knock Out's original universe didn't perform the baby bird deal that his current universe does, or perhaps it wasn't a popular thing. There's no splitting mandibles, or proboscis. 

Matter of fact, Knock Out had never run into such a thing until he met Starscream.

Needlessly to say, he likes it. He's curious if he has this, or needs an upgrade, but until he figures it out - he'll certainly accept it.

Knock Out's biggest grievance about Ratchet is the fact he betrayed him. 

When Ratchet had temporarily joined the Decepticons' efforts to stabilize the Cybermatter / Synthetic Energon in Persuasion, Knock Out had been excited for lack of better words. He had a science buddy now that didn't freak him out or reduce him to assistant - they did anyway, but that's besides the point. 

But when Ratchet said 'thank you', all that annoyance at being an assistant went away and hey, someone finally acknowledged him and even showed gratitude for something he'd done. He was being respected, finally, after all this time.

This was the first real experience with it.

Then Ratchet took it all away, betrayed him in his mind, by setting off the explosion and taking off. He got one Hell of a lashing over it too.

He didn't think "oh, well maybe I shouldn't have trusted a prisoner of war" but "that fragger betrayed me and used me".

This is also why he doesn't accept gratitude well either. He doesn't want something that they're going to take away.

It probably wouldn't be that bad if the situation hadn't just been Ratchet betrayed him. The lashing that Megatron gave after really screwed with his processor.

Whenever Knock Out's hungover or unwell, he turns from homicidal manic to cuddly teddy bear. 

He just wants someone to cuddle him and tell him they love him, even if they don't mean it, and just let him recharge under the covers or recharge with him.

Just don't talk to him about it when he's back to being that homicidal manic.
