What is wrong with me???

I've got pain in my right big toe, my right arm has a carpet burn (it hurts), I've got 3 bumps that itch next to the carpet burn, the blaster is popped & dry, both my ear tubes are full 22 hours a day, my head feels very weird, & my sinuses are clogged. Yay my NOT
